• Businesses must identify as such

5. Module-Specific Terms

Sales Portal:

• Only real, available items may be listed
• Listings must be accurate and complete

Business Directory:

• Only real businesses
• Images and descriptions must meet guidelines

Auction Platform:

• Bids are binding
• The Provider only supplies technical infrastructure

6. Fees

• Some features may be paid
• Fees are clearly shown

7. Liability

No liability for user content except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

8. Termination

• Users may delete accounts at any time
• Provider may suspend/delete accounts violating the terms

9. Amendments

Terms may be updated. Users will be notified accordingly.
